In Person Success - Actor Peter Capaldi

Peter Capaldi is a Scottish actor who is best known for portraying the 12th Doctor in the Science Fiction series Doctor Who and He also starred as Malcolm Tucker in the British political sitcom 'The Thick of It' and it's spinoff film 'In the Loop' for which he won the 2010 Best Male Comedy Performance BAFTA. Outside of acting he is an accomplished director and writer, winning the 1995 Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film and Best Short Film BAFTA for 'Franz Kafka's It's a Wonderful Life'.

He was in town for an appearance and signed a photo for me from The Thick of It with a great inscription and posed for a photo.
