David Rockefeller is, at age 100, the current patriarch of the Rockefeller Family which is considered one of the most powerful families in American history. He is the former chairman and Chief Executive of Chase Manhattan and has advised or interfaced with every US President since Dwight Eisenhower. He has, in the past, been offered appointments to the United States Senate, as United States Secretary of the Treasury, and as Chairman of the Federal Reserve, but has always turned the offers down.
He signed the photo I sent him and it was returned in my SASE along with a letter from his assistant in 23 days.
